In diesem Workshop werden die Basics der ayurvedischen Küche vermittelt. Der Fokus liegt auf der einfachen Umsetzung und Integration in den Alltag. Wir kochen leichte, stoffwechselanregende Gerichte mit saisonalen & regionalen bio Gemüsen und Kräutern.

- Ghee
- Heimische Kräuter- und Gewürze
- Reis, Linsen, Gemüse, einfache Fladenbrote & ein leichtes Dessert

Nach einem herrlichen Ayurveda Frühlings-Lunch geht es mit Detoxtechniken aus dem Yoga & Ayurveda und einer Eigenölmassage weiter. In der Nachmittagspause verwöhnen wir Euch mit ayurvedischem Kuchen und wir beschließen den Tag mit einer Yin Yoga - Yoga Nidra Einheit.
