How do you do a twisting movement on a daily base? Twist can be freeing and we feel mobile in our whole body. However, sometimes we feel constricted from the inside – either through our organs or our spine. Then we start to focus on the constriction rather than on the open areas of our body.
Horizontal movement is crucial for our spine. The discs need the spinal fluid in order to stay soft, and the vertebrates need to move in order to stay aligned. In this workshop you will learn techniques to fill your body with more space and use that to align your spine and deepen your twist. So you can wring out the inner body and cleanse your body.
